The popular, three-day wellness weekends, led by celebrity trainers Steve and Bonnie Pfiester, were introduced last fall and are profiled in the April 2010 issue of Fitness magazine on newsstands now.
Steve Pfiester co-starred on last year’s ABC weight-loss show “Fat March” and is working on the soon-to-air “Bridal Bootcamp” reality show for Country Music Television. His wife Bonnie is a fitness model and lifestyle coach. The dynamic duo owns and operates the Longevity Fitness Clubs in Vero Beach.
About Face Boot Camps at Costa d’Este are planned for April 16-18, June 18-20 and Sept. 17-19, with prices starting at $499 per person, based on double occupancy. The three-day wellness weekends include:
